For some reason for the past few days I have been home, I am not hungry. It is like I just eat to eat and to give my tummy food. So, the past two/one days, I have no awesome and exciting things to show you. But, tomorrow, I am going to Fresh Market to buy me some yummy food! I am so excited.

Some other things that happened. Last night, while watching the ball drop, my dad, stepmom, and Nana and I killed ourselves with laughing as we did tonight watching All About Steve. Now, that movie is kind of strange, and is not one of those best movies ever. But, never less, at some parts I was laughing until I was crying. I hope everyone is having an awesome day, and tomorrow you will see what it is like to shop with me. Bye.

HELLO! AH. I was gone for soooo long. I need to catch up on all my blogs and y’alls recipes and everything! Well my Christmas was awesome. I got the IPhone 3G with unlimited internet and texting from my dad and stepmom along, with a beautiful dresser. Score. And, my mom gave me $200 dollars to spend, and I got adorable stuff, which I will post when tomorrow or when I wear them. I am so excited right now putting everything away since I just got back from Ohio today and then I went to my best friend Aimee’s house. I missed her so much. So, I was basically gone from the 20th until now. I also got my FIRST Vegetarian cookbook! It is called the Student’s Vegetarian Cookbook and some of the recipes I do not like but, I decided to go over the recipes I do not like to ones I do like. So, I already started with a recipe of homemade red velvet cupcakes. Nothing in the ingredients is organic but, I was thinking of switching them out. I also got a cookbook called Fresh from the Oven and it has very cute baking ideas. I got a Yoga magazine which with the money my Nana and Grandaddy gave me (after buying a timeturner) I am going to Target to get a yoga mat and a DVD or something. I got two packages from 18 Rabbits and I got some Boomi Bar’s and Prana Bar’s. And, I have two more suppliers sending me things, and I only tried some Boomi and Prana and most of the one’s I tried I really did not enjoy. I am not a big nut fan, which really does not work since all bar’s usually have nuts. So the Boomi Bar – Fruit and Nut did not go good with my taste buds. Along with Macadamia Paradise, Pistachio Pineapple, Cashew Protein Plus, Maple Pecan, and the Apricot Cashew and Cranberry Apple I loved though. I loved the Cranberry Apple. And, from the Prana Bar’s I had Apricot Goji, Pear Ginseng, Blueberry Coconut, and Mango Maca so far. And,I am not a big coconut fan but, I really liked Blueberry Coconut. While I was at Trader Joe’s with my mom (it was my first time going, and I LOVED it. I wish we had one but, sadly do not) I got some organic animal crackers and I got some bars. Z bar’s in Chocolate Brownie and Chocolate Chip and a Luna Bar in S’more’s. I had a Z Bar Chocolate Brownie on the plane. I think I died right there. That was so amazing. It filled me up for lunch and I got a chocolate treat. It was awesome and needless to say I will be buying more online (until I can find them at Target or something) I have no tried 18 Rabbits but, I am so anxious to try. And, talking about anxious, I have not seen my therapist since before Thanksgiving and that is VERY long while flying, for the first time ever, I felt terrible. I felt like I was going to barf. Over every bump I had to close my eyes and my stomach was terrible. I never got anxiety over flying. And, for the first time, I had a panic attack in a public area. It was to loud and I could not hear myself think. I felt like I was getting sat upon and could not breath. It was terrible. Those two things are new anxiety things coming and I had no clue how to handle them. Maybe I can talk to my Nana because she has an anxiety disorder too until I can get a appt. with Donna. But, overall, other than fighting with my abusive, mentally ill mother, I really did have fun with my lovely shopping buddy (when she was not yelling at me) and eating partner. We made stir-fry (which I am making at home) I had some wings (weakness) and tortilla’s and cheese, and some other lovely things I wish I got on camera but, did not. But, starting now I am going to get this blog back and running. Bye for now!

Bars. Bars. Bars.

Today, I got some more bars! I am totally excited and bringing like 50 on the plane with me on Christmas. Today I have really no time to make a post. This weekend was hectic and crazy and so is tonight. But, tomorrow, after my Christmas gathering with my friends I will totally make one. And, later in the week, I will make posts on my bars I got from two different places.

Today I had my ALG III final, which I knew nothing and I know I failed it. But, I am okay with that for some strange reason. Tomorrow is my last day of school before Christmas break and I have one final, English IV Honors. Which is going to be one of the hardest final’s I ever take. But, one a good note, Layla and I finished our Christmas shopping together. I got my best friend the last of her presents, and I got me some clean and clear acne spot removal stuff. Anyway, for lunch her and I had sushi! I have been wanting sushi for weeks, and today she was like “Bailey do you want to get sushi?” Hell yeah!

We got a cucumber wrap with some intimation crab meat and the rest of the works, and a snow crab roll. And, had some yummy salty edema. It was very delicious, even though I was nervous about eating it at this place since I never have before. I only really eat from Bonsai. But, we also had one of the worst rolls I have ever tasted in my life.

It had salmon skin in it. That part really did not bother me, it was the fact that the salmon skin was crunchy because it was burnt while they grilled it. One bite and all you could taste was burnt grossness. It was so overpowering. I almost thought I was going to spit it out. But, I swallowed it anyway.

Then we went to Target where I got some glitter, Thelma and Louise, Clean and Clear stuff, and whole wheat goldfish in the cutest little container and some Hershey’s dark chocolate. Usually, I get organic chocolate, but, the organic chocolate from Target was a brand I never heard of so, I just got Hershey’s. I really did not care, I just needed my dark chocolate.

My daddy gets home tonight so, I do not know what is for dinner yet. I might end up just having what I had last night or for breakfast this morning; applesauce with cinnamon mixed in it and I heated it up along with, of course, a clementine.

I have been listening to that song non-stop. And, I just finished my ALG III midterm while eating dinner, which I sadly have no photos but, I had spaghetti with Newman’s mushroom sauce. I just recently started to love mushrooms. Anyway, tomorrow is a half day and I am so excited because my friend Layla and I are finishing the rest of our Christmas shopping (I will be sure to take lots of pictures!), and Aimee’s fortune cookie band-aid’s from Urban Outfitters are coming soon. I am so excited for my friend Christmas gathering next Tuesday and going to work on Monday and Wed. to give my co-worker her present of me being secret Santa.

Hello! Today was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I made a 86-B on my Roman History midterm and a 88-B on my World History midterm. And, tomorrow and Friday are both half days! I am very excited! Just as excited as I am about it almost being Christmas. I truly love Christmas. It is my favorite holiday. And, this year is the first year I got to buy presents with my own money since, this year I got a job. Actually, I am finishing Christmas shopping tomorrow with my friend Layla. I want to get my best friend, Aimee, some more things.

Last nights dinner

So, last night was a crazy. My step mom was trying to take care of my little sister and did not have time to cook dinner. So, I did it myself. I had a pita pocket, grilled, with melted cheese instead with of course, an applesauce and Frito’s with a glass of milk. I love pita bread so, having a pita pocket sandwich was amazing!

Look at this cute thing my stepmom bought! We already dug into it, but, I thought it was adorable and had to share it. It is our countdown to Christmas. And, each flap has a saying on it until you get to December 24.
How do you and your family countdown to Christmas?

Well, this morning I was late getting ready so I had to hurry and eat breakfast fast. So, I had two “cuties” which are very tiny oranges. I love oranges. On A days in general though, I never have enough time to eat breakfast let alone make it. So, if anyone has some fast breakfast foods to make in the morning, I would surely appreciate you sharing them with me. I am in dying need of some!

I stayed at lunch instead of leaving right at 12:00 and hung out with Layla. And, as soon as I got home and did my routine and dug into my bag of Texas Trash.

What is Texas Trash you ask? Well, I will tell you. It is chex mix pieces, Cheerios, cheese nips, and pretzels mixed
in this garlic/onion/hot sauce mixture that my best friend’s mom, Mama Myra makes every year. And, I have been
loving this mixture for 3 years now. When Christmas time comes around – this thing comes first into my mind to make!

Now, I am sitting with my computer, not doing my ALG. III midterm study guide that I will be taking tomorrow and reading some more of y’all’s awesome blogs. Well, at least until my little sister is brought home to me to watch since she is sick.

Hello, I am Bailey but, you can call me B. And, I decided since I read a lot of blogs, I should make one! Why not share my love of food with people who also love food? (: Well anyway, this week is Midterm week down in Lafayette so, right now it is kind of hetic and it will be for awhile. But, no fear, I will blog, but, most likely will not have a lot of pictures to post.

So, right now, I am making a promise to post as much as I can during Christmas break. And, starting Jan. I will post almost every night but, on weekends I will post that Sunday night with a weekend recap of everything that happened.
